In this preservation technique, the Oxygen surrounding the food in the package is changed to another composition so that the contents remain fresh. Our machines create a modified residual oxygen level equal to 0.3-0.4%, leaving just enough oxygen to prevent the growth of germs and molds. This doesn’t only mean freshness, it means that less preservatives or additives are needed in your food to make it last longer on the shelf or in the fridge.

Our proven packaging technology delivers faster outputs and reduces gas consumption. Pack Line has also integrated a revolutionary technology that eliminates the need for vacuum pumps. Traditionally, MAP systems require a vacuum to suck the air out of the package and a gas station to pump inert gases back in. However, our packaging machinery technologies do not require a vacuum which means that there is no change in flavor, texture or appearance to even the most delicate products providing stability and consistency.
